Mexico is aiding the Central American refugees in order to get some sort of amnesty agreement so as to increase their GDP.
Mexicans in America currently send over $20B back to Mexico every year making Mexicans in America one of the top 5 industries of Mexico. It's a no brainer for the Mexican government.

Rush said the best way to put a stop to this would be to meet the immigrants in Mexico and give them shirts/shoes/banners that say "I can't wait to vote Republican!"
He said if that happened the border would be secured within the next week and we would get footage of border security agents and DHS agents ripping off those clothing items.
