I wonder where the Rangers go from here. They really quickly went from playoff contender to team that looks like it needs an extensive rebuild.

Also the summer of George continues

honestly they did have a ton of bad luck with injuries this year. If I was them I would look to cash in Beltre and darkish for a big slew of prospects. sell them while they are high. both of those guys could be the difference for some team winning a WS

The Fielder deal could be devastating if he can't bounce back next year. Signed through 2020 at 24 mil per year.

yeah that is a huge amount of money to be invested in one guy for that long. I think he'll be productive for a couple more years but at his weight and with injuries starting to happen you have to be concerned if you would even be able to move him .

Hopefully Grossman builds off his performance from last night and has some confidence at the plate now. I have been a Grossman hater and will gladly eat crow if he continues to have games remotely close to last night.

How long has it been, this deep into the season, where we didn't see Houston at the bottom of this list?

Not in last place and coming off a sweep. Nice to have a day off to enjoy this one.

2/3 from BoSox this weekend would be sweet! Trying to get to MMP on Saturday

He's a year and a half older than Correa and already at AAA @ 21.

Not everyone is mike trout. I'm not exactly sure how many times we have to say that.

Write the kid off immediately, why don't you?

Oh, yeah. I forgot who I was talking to.

I'm not positive so I may be wrong, but isn't Tucker hitting under .280 at OKC? Let's not act like he is setting the world on fire.

ETA: This post was to Ryno.

Tucker will be a better pro than Santana. I'm not saying Tucker will be an all star but he won't strikeout 500 times a year and he'll probably hit at least .275 and draw a good bit of walks and provide 20-25 HR once he has his feet under him. Santana is Chris Carter who can play defense.

Tucker is 4 years older than Santana and he just joined Santana in Triple A. Domingo has been there for a year.

GTFO with that shite. Santana is going to have a good career

Are you serious man? Santana is Carter? That's just an absurd statement. I'm on mobile so I can't break it down completely BUT

Chris Carter did not reach AAA until he was 23. He also never hit above .280.

At 21 years old Domingo Santana has been at AAA all year and has hit .300.

Please don't ever say they are the same player. They are not.
