Summer league can be very deceptive.

It is going to suck if he ends up as a stud in the league. Holiday is good but a great big man is just so much more valuable.

The NBA as a whole is sort of sideways right now because only like 5 teams can win because superstars are joining together everywhere

I don't know if you're being sarcastic but the only teams that could realistically beat the Heat in a 7 game series would be

-pacers
-spurs (lol)
-okc

You could switch those around and it would be true for all of those teams

Watch out for the Pels. I predict a run similar to the Trailblazers this past season. Spot in the playoffs and maybe advance to the second round. AD first team all-NBA.

I'm not being sarcastic...it's true what you said, and what I consider to be one of the reasons people are turned off by the NBA. It will be interesting if there is a shake up with the Big 3 in Miami

Pels will be last in their division once all these free agent moves are done with.

Eta: possibly 2nd to last.

Memphis and Dallas are on the decline. I'm not worried about them. Pelicans stay healthy, end up 3rd in divison and 6-7th seed.

Southwest Division is the best in the NBA and one of the best in all of major sports (NFC West may be the best).

You can't say the Pelicans are better than the Mavs lol

Prediction: 8th-11th in west

Overpaid for Parsons, Dirk is about to hit the decline wall, Tyson Chandler is washed up, and they lost Calderon. I wouldn't call that upgrading.

Asik to the Pels is much better than Parson to Mavs.

Dirk should just take that Houston offer and make some more money before he dies out
