Completely irrelevant... Everything changes fluidly throughout. Choices are made as things move along, so you can't assume they would have missed the second one had the other keeper been in goal and stopped one.

Van Persie was subbed off for Huntelaar in the 96th minute I believe. The alternative option that Van Haal probably should have taken was getting a tired RVP to stay on for the remaining 24 minutes, sub on Krul near the end, and let RVP take the first PK.
