In my experience corporate accounting is female dominated with a lot of them being from the "minority".

At what size companies? New graduates are more than 55% male and 70% white.

My prior company was about 50 people. My current co is about 1400.

This is corp accounting...the big 4 and other accounting firms are different.

I never saw the bean counters... They stayed in the basement.
