Didn't he have a surgery after his senior year? On a shoulder I believe.

After reading Chavis comments on Cliffton Garrett, he will play a lot. Chavis said he is the most versatile LB he has seen in a while. He will probably play a couple positions this year

I hope so Clifton was my favorite recruit last year. I really think he gets meaningful playing time on one of the OLB spots. I'm not sure that he will play Mike until his last year or until after Beckwith graduates. I believe Chavis knows how special those two can be together and will try to get Clif caught up as fast as he can so he can have those monsters on the field at the same time for as long as possible. I would love to see two years of Beckwith, Garrett, and Alexander. That's probably just a dream though.

I agree, I think he will rotate and sub in on both OLB positions and maybe a few snaps at Mike as well.

He'll sub in for Lamar Louis in some games and will make some impact by adding depth for the LBing corps. Theres a lot of guys ahead of him though.

Yep. But first he's got to beat out Ronnie Feist. Feist had a really great Spring. Clearly, he has the want to be on the two-deep.

is this realistic considering he was a 5* MLB prospect... just seems like he must be built for that position
