I would argue that they are the best. Having a logjam in congress means that status quo is not changed. With the current make up of the congress and executive branch, if things change its not going to be in my favor as a conservative.
The one the that they are terrible at that really makes me mad is getting to the bottom of government corruption. That should be bipartisan but it is not. I believe the blame should go to Elijah Cummings, Harry Reid, and the Justice Department.
