Why did they merge the Raiders with the Lakers? Doesn't Golden State play in Oakland?

Because it's NFL×NBA, the creator I assume wanted to utilize every team, and LA has no NFL team.

Portland-Cincinnati and Pittsburgh-San Antonio crossovers were used for the same reason
