In terms of single player:

Beating Mike Tyson's Punch Out in one go, no restarts. Beating Ninja Gaiden 1 (NES), Beating Battletoads and Wizards and Warriors without cheats.

Through the Fire and the Flames near perfect.

Multiplayer:
Mastering Rocket Jumping in Quake
Winning my first Street Fighter Tournament...using Guile
Being one of the early Bard pioneers on twisting in EQ
Disc Hopping in Unreal Tournament
Enemy Territory - all of it. There's no better game for highs and lows. Some huge comebacks possibility.

I want to see the video of the time you activated Brannen's spider senses as he turned around and counter-knifed you. Glorious.

That is something I hope to achieve one day. Many kerbins have died for me.

Beating the RC planes mission for Zero on GTA: San Andreas

Similar to this one the RC helicopter mission in Vice City.

Also the mission Espresso to Go in GTA III was annoying as frick. Destroying all the coffee stands with a tank.

The horse race in Ocarina of Time was challenging because I was pretty young when I played it and it took me a while to beat it.

Not worth it. That game solely exists for fan service and awful voice acting.
