True, but I wouldn't mind the state paying for the "free" birth control as long as the state stopped subsidizing having children. Free birth control means no excuses for getting pregnant.

What if the free birth control which is undoubtably cheaper than subsidized child care effectively reduced the childcare cost burdens and resulted in net cost savings?
