Today there were a lot of people with extra cash...just about everybody who walked in said F'it and forked up the extra 14 bucks me included

They should raise the price of the express service then. Clearly it's too low.

And that is how they get you. I'd wager that the 45 minute time limit is complete crap and simply made up to push people into paying the $14.
