Because it's awesome? I mean, it's no Anal count, but it's right up there on the offensive name-o-meter.
Clap Your Hands and Say Yeah! hits almost every box for a crappy name, right up to the fact it has punctuation.
Neutral Milk Hotel, while an outstanding band, has one of the worst names ever. Drive-by Truckers grew out of their name a decade ago, but are stuck with it. And while they are one of my favorite bands, Archers of Loaf cost themselves lots of fans by a terrible, terrible name. Even the band admits it was a mistake.
