Easy Answer, then the ones that depend on federal aid will move to states that receive federal aide once they figure they can survive on their own. Some people may have forgotten or never learn to live off the land. Those will remember quick. The feds can do what they want but nobody knows our terrain like the natives. Many have been preparing for the this day from a tangible standpoint and more others mentally. If we go down I promise you the locals will go down with guns a blazin'!!!
