The question is, where if the line... Who decides. Some would say that the owning of guns is enough to qualify someone as a "nut" and should have their guns taken...

I completely agree but if there's a case where someone is clearly a psychopath, I think the state should be able to temporarily disarm the as it says in the OP. I like that there has to be a trial held within 14 days so the issue doesn't languish forever.
