Try and keep up. I always check the ground. I like a good nugget of a tee.

I like to think of Lakewood as an OAS of New Orleans.
Lots of play, awesome greens, nice layout, somehow dying a slow death.

I doubt they are making a profit ... I'm also pretty sure that they are trying to sell it when "they are on top" to try to get make some money for the retirement fund.
If play starts to drop, it's a really possibility that they will be forced to sell for less then they purchased the property.

Bought those clubs I was talking about earlier. Callaway Apex with KBS tour C Taper X. Idk if I can swing those shafts, but deal was too good to pass up. Guess I could always buy another shaft and soft step them

They are light poles, my irons have the new Aldila RIP 115's in them and I am afraid of the same thing from what I read online but the deal was too good to pass.
