WoW jumped the shark when you could spend time in that game making a farm. a farm. granted, i built that farm, but still.

Burning Crusade was a great expansion. Most fun I've ever had gaming was the 6 month period after BC launched.

That's the first I've heard about Corecraft, but it seems they are really putting a lot of work into it. I'm definitely going to give it a try whenever it is ready.

WoW is so much better when you have a few friends playing to do the content with. Without all the friends I had playing it would have been so mundane.

Would love to comeback and play in a TD guild.
What sucks is that we most likely spread out all over the place on different servers.
Maybe we could all start somewhere they are offering free transfers to.

I have played since release, a few breaks here and there. This end of the expansion is really boring me though honestly. I'm hoping they test and release WoD sooner than later.
I hop on my guild's raid nights for our mid-way heroic SoO team but don't really play much other than that atm.
One thing about this expansion was the super easy leveling of alts. Each expansion I would have 3-4 maxed characters raid geared. I have all 11 classes maxed and 5-6 raid geared. So if your interested in trying a new class out and to keep you on the game, I would recommend leveling a toon. Get yourself some heirlooms, pvp, dungeon, whatever. A new max character to do dungeons/raids with always refreshes me.
I'm with some of you, there is a lot of WoW bashing on this forum. No MMO has even come close to even the current WoW I have tried. Everyone has tastes and opinions!

I second this. Wildstar is very dry until you hit ~14 and make it to the capitol city. Then the whole game opens up in a big way. Adventures, dungeons, raids, battlegrounds, even crafting are extremely well done in WildStar.
One of the most important things is to get the right set of add ons installed up front or you may have a less than optimal experience...

Went away with Cataclysm, I don't know why they did it and to my knowledge it's the only instance they have axed to date. Maybe the idols and such were too much for them too keep up with.
