I can't even imagine what that family is going through and my prayers are with them. I know sometimes this goes overlooked but please pray for the first responders that work these types of calls. I know the guys that responded last night and it definitely affects them. Tragic situation.

I have a cousin-in-law who lives out by you who is a Deputy on St. Tammany's Search & Rescue unit. Before that he was a Beach Patrol Deputy in the Daytona Beach, Fla area. He's told me some stories and I just couldn't imagine going through that, much less having to deal with these kinds of tragedies on almost a daily basis.
Takes someone with great intestinal fortitude for that job.
