They are a foreign damn country. Part of a group of them that is damn tired of Yankee interference in their internal affairs. I am awfully sorry this numb nuts got arrested for breaking their laws. Him being a marine doesn't make him any different then any other American citizen who gets arrested breaking the laws of another country.

Him being a marine means he should have known better then to cart a bunch of guns across the border.

But then again I thought marines were bright.
