I'm in 414 row 29 and that's about as high as I would want to be ......
If you are going to be that far up why not get tix at the top of the expansion , that way you would have better restrooms and concessions .....plus an elevator ride up to your seats .....

The better seats would be in 402 but IMO it sucks to have the upper level above your head , it makes it seem like your in a dome plus you can't see a good part of the stadium .....
But if that doesn't bother you , and you would be out of the weather that's probably the best view to see the field. ....
