Man, 20k an acre is more than I would pay for pretty much anything other than developed commercial property...walk away and don't look back....

This what aggravates me about land.. We've been looking for a wooded lot that's 2-5 acres... Everything in Central Zachary area seems like it's 150k for that. Outrageous... Watson Denham same thing.
