Right now I'm pretty out of shape, but still pretty strong. None of these goals are all that original, but it'd be nice.
1. Lose beer belly. Shouldn't be super hard for me and I usually have the ability to cut the excess pretty quickly, but I haven't been able to get my metabolism right after this winter.
2. Bench-press 315. We'll see if I can actually do it. My arms are very long and bench-pressing at 225, I need a spotter to help me lift the bar.
3. Curl 75 pound dumbbells
Not to far away actually. Maybe 2-3 months. I use 50s now.
4. Get to be able to do 200 push-ups in a rep. Used to do 50-60 a rep in my push-up days. My pain has made me stop doing them so much anymore.
5. Max out all the machines I use. Not to far from that.
6. Get some flexibility. I am not flexible at all. I might take a few yoga classes to get started.
