Pat Swilling was a great player and would be a worthy pic except for one thing. He played with Rickie Jackson.
Anyone who would advocate Swilling over Jackson just does not understand football, defense or linebacker play.
Rickie Jackson was the heart and sole of those defenses. Sam Mills was the brains. Swilling was the beneficiary of the greatness around him. He was quick, but you could run right at him all day if Johnson wasn't there in support.
