With everything available today, there is no reason to be on your knees scrubbing tile floors anywhere with a brush. Bring in the hot pressure wash, its better and cheaper than paying a human by the hour to scrub it.

OK, now you're just trying to weasel your way out of a losing argument.

Bring in a pressure washer? While the restaurant is operating? That would probably earn them a visit from the Department of Health.

I'm sure there is a good reason that the restaurant owns a tile brush. And I guarantee you that reason is not so they can humiliate fat employees.

Sorry, but you've still have to get on your hands and knees to scrub a floor. Contrary to what some members of the millenial generation may think, there is not an app for that.

Sorry to disappoint you, I am over 50 years old, and have done the sweeping with " my little brush" In My UCMC Barracks along with all the other maggots, down on my knees, attacking the ghost turds. I signed and agreed to that. So I did it.

I've worked in plenty of restaurants and scrubbed plenty of floors in my life and I've never gotten on my hands and knees to scrub a floor. Every restaurant I've worked at had an amazing invention called a deck brush which allows you to scrub the floor while remaining on your feet.
