With everything available today, there is no reason to be on your knees scrubbing tile floors anywhere with a brush. Bring in the hot pressure wash, its better and cheaper than paying a human by the hour to scrub it.

I don't think you want to use a pressure washer when people are coming into the store (many WB are open 24 hours). I also wouldn't trust that chick to use it anyway.

OK, now you're just trying to weasel your way out of a losing argument.
Bring in a pressure washer? While the restaurant is operating?
That would probably earn them a visit from the Department of Health. I'm sure there is a good reason that the restaurant owns a tile brush. And I guarantee you that reason is not so they can humiliate fat employees.
Sorry, but you've still have to get on your hands and knees to scrub a floor. Contrary to what some members of the millenial generation may think, there is not an app for that.
