re: What is the best way to negotiate a lower monthly bill with Uverse?

I had time warner and had to renegotiate every year when it went up, but it was still creeping up and they wouldn't negotiate any more, so I dumped them for u-verse. Then they wanted to negotiate, but too late. U-verse gave me more channels, plus a couple of movie channels, plus four dvr boxes and lowered my bill $25 to $128.00 per month. They'll keep it at that for one year and then if there are any specials, they'll lower it or keep it the same if not.
