re: What is the best way to negotiate a lower monthly bill with Uverse?

I had a chat with someone from customer service online earlier and told them Xfinity was significantly cheaper. They said they would lower the bill by $40 for 3 months and throw in HBO for free for 3 months. They the proceeded to say this is the best they can do and to call the customer service number tomorrow.
