I think 7 is the surprising number. That's more than usual for the quarter. Now central city--different story.

Perhaps living in BR I miss out on too much NOLA news, but I don't recall 7 people being shot and shooters just opening fire in the FQ happening all the time.
Sure NO has crime, just seems it was in the east or other areas than the FQ.
