Thanks for the advice.....ended up passing on the deal. Guy wanted over list and was very unwilling to take a more than reasonable offer. No reason to rush a deal, especially since there was no reason for this boat to command a premium. It was a good shape, but had several small issues that I would have liked to have fixed had I bought it. Transducer needed to be replaced, discoloration from not being covered, and a cosmetic gouge.
I told the guy the offer still stands if he changes his mind, but I doubt it.
