Any word on if it's because that property might be being redeveloped and they're getting the boot? I know Catholic owns it and has been trying to get money to expand and also develop commercial opportunities.

They filed bankruptcy a few years ago. Piccadilly is an organization in shambles and is a shell of its former self.
