There is clear evidence of voter fraud in this election (cross over voters casting ballots in both the Democratic and Republican primaries). It is also my understanding that you cannot vote in the runoff if you did not vote in the primary (I may be misunderstanding this part).

Bottom line, I recommend that he take it to court. It is not like the Republican establishment will ever support him so he is not burning any bridges with them.

At the least, I'd want another election so that the preachers in MS raise the demand on Cochran for how much "walkin' around money" he pays for votes.

It'll be significantly more than the $100K they supposedly paid this time around.

I believe you cannot vote in the Republican run-off if you voted in the Democratic primary.
