yeah, that's what you do.
I say you owe it to others because there is going to be a time when they need you.
you might not always get what you are looking for from others when you are struggling but a lot of times its just a personal struggle within yourself that you have to fix.
until you realize that, people's words mean nothing.

right now, not "rock bottom" (but who the frick knows at times)
I've been fortunate to have people support, so that's kind of a motivation. if i can fight through the issues, i sure hope to see others do it.
