Try doing something different. Anything. Like the smallest thing. It's the act of doing something that helps. Close the computer. Go outside. Just lay on the ground. Whatever. Go talk to a bartender. Go to the library. Call an old friend. Go to the bookstore, coffee shop, whatever. Anything. Run! Kick! Jumping jacks!
Sure, you have to push yourself to do it. You usually don't want to do anything but that just makes things worse. Something tiny will get the ball rolling. You can't figure it all out in one day, or two or hell, years but you have to get started so you aren't just wallowing anymore.

spending time at my local library and working out pretty much was a boost for me.
