Our GM and other manager were the two on it, so the restaurant was essentially manager-less. They were also wearing themselves out doing it and then coming to work in the actual restaurant at night.
I'd be surprised to see it return as half the staff has quit now

that kinda sucks.. the truck itself seemed to be set up pretty good. maybe they can sell it to one of the others?

What happened with this? Why did everyone quit? Why did Dempsey's restaurant on Jefferson close?
