Yes, it's hundreds, but they gained nearly 2 1/2 times as many people with graduate degrees as high school dropouts. Rates are what matters, because they may suggest a trend for what will happen in the future.

Especially when the net population increase is 660.

I can't take that article seriously. The only reason those 400 ppl with bachelor's degrees leaving was brought up was so the author could bitch about the anti-sodomy case from last year.

There's a reason the Times Picayune has no print publication anymore.
