No, you are not. My advice go for everything you can get. Go forward knowing you gave your best effort and have no regrets.
I recently was offered a job at another firm. I negotiated a matching offer from my current employer ($11,000 raise and not quite at $160,000, but not far behind). I also wanted an extra week of vacation because the new firm offered 4 weeks. I got the extra week and stayed. I have a better work relationship with my management than i had previously. I am happy with what i make now.
