I wouldn't touch Ariza. We paid how much to get rid of him and Okafor (12M?)? Then we are going to re-sign him and give him a fat contract? That is a slap in the face and just puts another nail in Demp's coffin. All of those guys have faults as well. I'm not saying Turner is the answer. I just wouldn't hate picking him up in a dump of Gordon. Kind of kills two birds with one store (Gordon is gone and we get a young SF with some upside)..

But keeping Turner also kills the cap space you hope to get by moving Gordon. If you let Turner walk, keep Copeland and Allen for $6 million total, cut ties with everyone cutable but Withey and Ajinca, you have $16 million in cap space to sign LeBron to fill the SF spot. If LeBron wants $19 you let Lavoy Allen go too.

He wouldn't require a "fat" contract. He's pretty much what the team needs now(a 3+D SF). What other horrible moves have demps done to put nails in his coffin?(Sans EG because that move wasn't totally up to him imo.)

Of course they have faults but they'd be cheap and effective. It's doubtful they'd take EG tbh.

He's going around the deadline when he's basically an expiring(my prediction)
