Part of the issue is these new fans talk like they have any idea what they're talking about. I'm listening to too coworkers right now talk about how that CR pass should have been super easy to clear, and how there has been little scoring this year.
ETA: My issue with them is they try to tell me that I don't know what I'm seeing. Not that they are watching and talking.

Honestly, so what? At least they are discussing it! If they're new to the sport, they are obviously not going to have amazing insight. Should they just shut up and say nothing? I'd rather them talk about it than not at all.
