Not sure I'm buying that.
The dyno, maybe...but dynos can fluctuate based on a lot of variables.
The 1/4 mile time, I'd like to see a slip (didn't click the link if it's there). 12.2 out of a tuned M3 presumably on stock tires? I don't know about that...

Different brand dynos will give a wide range of answers.
