They're still for sale. I think they're offering discounted prices for the tickets now. Maybe it's discounted prices for prior ticket holders but still for sale to general public.

UPDATE ON GRAND LAKE GUN RAFFLE
We are now through 10 weeks of the raffle and we still have tickets available. We are going to allow previous ticket holders to purchase tickets at $25 a ticket for the remaining 40 weeks of the raffle.
