I was a kid in the early 50s. The World Series was over before Oct. 20.

I love interleague play and hate the DH. That said, I agree with the others who posted that I liked interleague play better when everyone was doing at the same time and not every weekend.

Even though I HATE the DH, I believe the National League should go to it full time because at EVERY OTHER LEVEL from little league to college, they have a DH.

I am also a fan of hit and runs and stolen bases...and when Dale Murphy hit 30 home runs and was considered a home run hitter.
