Tires that are marked ST (special trailer) are only speed rated to 65mph but you see people pulling them at higher rates of speed all the time. Asking for trouble IMO. Another thing is that most of these RV companies put on cheap tires that are right at the load limit. I had a few blowouts running chinese tires on my 5th wheel. I bit the bullet and put on a set of Michelin XPS rib tires and haven't looked back. they aren't speed rated as they can be installed on commercial trucks and are 10ply tires. They weigh damn near double that of a trailer tire of the same size.
