There are laws that govern this situation to keep lessees & lessors on a level playing field. I assume it would be through the magistrate court. You can call a lawyer, but you may get a bill.

On the 15th he straight up asked , "when will be your last day" . I said end of June. So yeah i notified him OFFICIALLY by a letter today but I also have it saved in text from my answer on the 15th of june.
