She feels awful.

Also really frustrating that just yesterday she laid a guilt trip on her mother and me about wanted to drive by herself. I told her no way, just too dangerous, then this happens.

This is a good teaching moment. Give her a big hug tell her you love her snd explain that this is why she isn't quite ready to drive it by herself. Then back it up by spending some quality time with her this evening, to show her your not mad. Because honestly you have no right to be.
