About $600-$700 to change the spark plugs on an expedition. If you can find a shop that wants to mess with it.

That's cause ford saved money by using 2-3 threads in the spark plug hole. I had a coolant leak in the manifold gasket. Had to take everything off the engine. Took it to a shop and had them change the plugs since they were accessible. $1200 bucks. 5.4 triton fwiw.
