I reject the premise of your question, which presupposes that opposition to and/or disdain of Hillary has anything to do with or is primarily related to her womanhood.

While I don't describe myself as a HC "hater" (just not in my nature), I certainly have a totally negative opinion of her - but will throw out a potential female VP name for 2016. And yes, I realize you specified "President".

OK Gov. Mary Fallin. +42 net approval rating going into her November reelection bid. Current Chair of the National Governors Association. Articulate. Connects well with women.

"Oklahoma governor Mary Fallin has turned an emergency fund literally amounting to pocket change into a $600 million reserve – this fiscal responsibility at a time when even Republicans in D.C. are apprehensive about a temporary shutdown of 17 percent of the federal government. Fallin, the first woman to serve as governor of Oklahoma, made the difficult cuts to education, health, human services and public safety, as well as other agencies, to make up for the $400 million deficit she inherited."

And the MSNBC folks hate her - the ultimate blessing for a Repubican.
