Considering the way that the left completely lost their shite in their attempts to beat Walker in the general election and again in the recall election, you'll excuse me if I think the entire thing is a horseshite recycling of the playbook used against former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay by the Travis County, Texas, DA

If you remember (or were watching MSNBC to laugh at them) right after Walker won in the re-call election, they cut to either Chris Matthews or Ed Schultz who went on a big tirade as to how Walker was soon going to go down in a criminal investigation.
