if cox is slow for you, there must be a problem

i have directv and when i left cox, i went with ATT DSL (uverse not available)

it was so bad, I happily went back to cox internet, but kept directv

Yeah, I have had very few complaints with Cox. Nationally, they are the least-bad of all the big providers as far as customer satisfaction.

I run speed tests all the time, at several addresses (most of which are quite "rural", though), and the tested speed is always very near what is paid for. When I have had problems with speed, they have typically been pretty prompt in getting the problem fixed.

If you aren't getting close to the speed you are paying for, let them know and I'm more than sure they will fix it. I am also more than sure that Cox will have higher speeds at lower prices than Uverse.

Did someone hack your TD account? Shirley I'm reading this wrong
