Why did they pay them before?
Agree on the SEC Network, but was looking forward to the summer games prior to August.

The SEC Network is expensive. There will be collateral damage. I was told a while back that most systems felt that Cox sports was too expensive ( or hated that they were paying a competitor for the cynical ), but they did have a lot of LSU coverage. Now they can not cover any SEC games. Not surprising in my mind. You notice that Cox has not signed up for the SEC Network at this point.
