GoT is over. HBO is definitely getting cut. There really is nothing I want to watch on TV. They'd have to cut it down a whole whole bunch for me to keep this.

I pay $67 at the apartment. I'd have to go down to about $30 with HBO. Ain't gonna happen.

They will bitch and moan and haggle with you and keep you on the phone for 30 min trying to bargain with you. I finally had to say "if you say one more thing other than 'yes sir' or 'no problem' I will cancel my service right here and you will never get another cent from me". I cancelled TV and am going with just internet and will get an HD antenna and go the roku/hulu/netflix route. Mr. Pussinboots is sitting here criticizing my decision and just generally downplaying what Im trying to do. I finally said, "I pay over $1800 a yr for 250 bullshite TV channels that I dont even watch and I could pay around $500 a yr by going the route that Ive chosen. The ONLY thing I will miss is Monday Night Football. Would you pay $1300 a yr for Monday Night Footbal? I didnt think so."

yeah, they force you to pay for the 100+ package before you can have anything you actually want, it's not worth it

they're starting to feel the uverse and cut-the-cord heat after so much time being the only option

You make 6 figures, drive a 65k car and yet you won't pay more than $30 for TV each month?
