i usually wake up a few min before my alarm goes off and turn it off.
i am a light sleeper and alarm clocks (even the most gentle sounds my phone makes) scare the shite out of me if they wake me up.
if my alarm wakes me up and i dont get up on my own, the day is off to a bad start.
